Rustic Farmhouse Weathered Ceiling Beams | Made-to-Order | Reclaimed Timber Look | Coastal & Country Style

Create that “aged cottage / modern farmhouse” feel with beautifully textured ceiling beams that look like they’ve been part of the building for decades.

Our weathered ceiling beams are handcrafted to order using characterful timber chosen for its grain, natural imperfections and depth. Each beam is hand-finished to enhance the rustic crevices, worn edges and timeworn patina—perfect for farmhouse kitchens, living rooms, media walls, bedrooms, bars, restaurants and hospitality spaces.

These beams are made as decorative cladding beams (ideal for boxing-in steel or covering existing structure), or as feature beams to add architectural detail without the weight and cost of solid structural timbers.

Key features

  • Made to order (any length / set layouts available)

  • Rustic reclaimed look: knots, grain, splits, crevices & patina (no two are identical)

  • Choice of finishes: light coastal tones or deeper farmhouse/walnut tones

  • Treated & sealed for durability

  • Fire-retardant option available (add-on if required for commercial settings)

  • Suitable for homes, studios, pubs, restaurants & shops

Finish options (popular choices)

  • Light Coastal Wash – soft driftwood / limed look with warm undertones (great with white, stone, greys)

  • Medium Rustic Oak – balanced warm timber tone, classic farmhouse

  • Dark Smoked / Walnut – richer, moodier contrast (works brilliantly with greys, blacks, industrial décor)

If you’re matching flooring or joinery, send a photo and we’ll recommend the closest finish.

Natural variation

Every beam is handmade and finished individually—expect authentic variation in tone and texture. That’s the point: it should look real, not mass-produced.
